Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges or returns. We cannot accept unused or unopened products after order delivery. 

Once your order has been processed we are unable to make changes. 

We appreciate your understanding that each one of our products are created by hand and packed with care. We highly encourage you to ask your Liquid Gold Organics Support Team questions about the products before you purchase to ensure the best fit.

We provide a full ingredient list on each product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. 

Please perform a patch test before using any of our products. If you experience any reaction, please discontinue use for a week before performing another patch test and try using the product again. 

Our products are made without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients. To maintain product integrity, avoid adding water and store it in a cool, dry place. 

In the summer months we do our best to ship our tallow-base creams in ice packs. However they may arrive to you in a melted or liquid state. You have consented to the possibility of them arriving in this state and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your cream is melted you can do two things. One set it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected. Two you can poor your melted product into a bowl in a cool room or refrigerator and once it becomes a solid you can blend it with an electric mixer. once it becomes whipped you can place it back into your glass jar.
